Amsterdam UMC Genome Diagnostics (AGDx) for clinical genetic laboratory diagnostics
Cytogenetic diagnostics can be requested via request forms from our laboratory in AMC or VUmc. These tests cannot be ordered online.
Special protocols are available for requesting a Fanconi anemia MMC susceptibility test for blood and fibroblasts. Also a protocol in English is available.
AGDx (Amsterdam UMC Genome Analysis Laboratory) is accredited according to NEN-EN-ISO15189:2012 (Dutch Accreditation Council, M130)
AGDx has two locations: AMC and VUmc . The location at which a test is conducted is listed for each test.
AGDx is Center of Excellence for hereditary obesity and LHSC EpiSign. Furthermore, AGDx is one of the laboratories in the Netherlands where the NIPT is performed.
