Amsterdam UMC Genome Diagnostics (AGDx) for clinical genetic laboratory diagnostics
Cytogenetic diagnostics can be requested via request forms from our laboratory in AMC or VUmc. These tests cannot be ordered online.
Special protocols are available for requesting a Fanconi anemia MMC susceptibility test for blood and fibroblasts. Also a protocol in English is available.
AGDx is accredited according to; AGDx location AMC: EN-ISO 15189:2012 (RvA M174) and AGDx location VUmc: EN:ISO 15189:2012 (RvA M130). The location at which a test is conducted is listed for each test.
AGDx is Center of Excellence for hereditary obesity and LHSC EpiSign. Furthermore, AGDx is one of the laboratories in the Netherlands where the NIPT is performed.
